At Road Runna®, all sales are final. Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our drops, we do not offer refunds. However, we do allow size exchanges on a case-by-case basis if the requested size is available.
🚨 All Sales Final
Because our pieces are made in limited quantities, we do not issue refunds or accept returns for:

Shipping delays or delivery issues
Please double-check your size and order details before purchasing.
🔄 Size Exchanges (If Available)
We get it — sometimes the fit isn't right. If you need a different size:

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery

Provide your order number and the size you’d like to exchange for

If we have your requested size in stock, we’ll approve the exchange

You’ll be responsible for return shipping

💥 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, reach out within 72 hours of delivery with:

We’ll review and replace eligible items or issue store credit if replacements are unavailable.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once tracking is issued. Contact the carrier (e.g., USPS) directly for delivery issues.
