SHIPPING, REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY

Road Runna® operates on a limited-run, made-to-order, and exclusive drop model. All sales are subject to the terms below. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions in full.


ORDER TYPES

We offer two categories of products, both of which are clearly labeled on the product page:

PREMADE (IN-STOCK) ITEMS

PRE-ORDER (MADE-TO-ORDER) ITEMS

Failure to read product descriptions does not constitute grounds for a refund or chargeback.


PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMELINES

PREMADE ITEMS

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping method: Selected by customer at checkout

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

  • Fulfillment timeframe: Up to 2–3 months (60–90 days)

  • Timeframes are estimates only, not guarantees

  • Production begins after purchase is completed

By purchasing a pre-order item, you explicitly waive the right to dispute delivery timeframes.


REFUND REQUESTS & COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENT

Customers must contact Road Runna® directly at:

before:

  • Filing a chargeback

  • Filing a payment dispute

  • Claiming “item not received” or “refund not processed”

Failure to contact us prior to disputing a charge is considered a bad-faith transaction.


REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • All sales are final once production or processing has begun

  • Pre-order items are non-refundable due to made-to-order production

  • Premade orders cannot be canceled once shipped

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Impatience with processing or production timelines

  • Carrier delays

  • Failure to read product descriptions or policies

  • Change of mind after purchase


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & PROOF OF FULFILLMENT

  • Tracking information is sent once the order ships

  • Carrier confirmation of “Delivered” constitutes successful fulfillment

  • Delivery confirmation, tracking logs, timestamps, and IP data are retained

Once marked delivered, the order is legally fulfilled.


FALSE CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD PREVENTION

By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Filing a chargeback for an order that:

    • Is clearly disclosed as pre-order

    • Is within the stated fulfillment window

    • Has already shipped

    • Has been marked Delivered

    constitutes a fraudulent dispute

Road Runna® will submit the following evidence in response:

  • Order confirmation

  • Product description showing pre-order status

  • Policy agreement timestamp

  • Email communication history (or lack thereof)

  • Tracking confirmation and delivery proof

Customers who file false or abusive chargebacks will:

  • Be permanently banned from future purchases

  • Have disputes challenged in full

  • Be reported to the payment processor for abuse monitoring


NO GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATES

All shipping and production timelines are estimates only. Delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or disputes.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once marked Delivered:

  • Road Runna® assumes no liability

  • Replacement or refunds are not issued

  • Customers must resolve issues directly with the carrier


FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing checkout, you confirm that you:

  • Read and understood all policies

  • Acknowledge the difference between premade and pre-order items

  • Agree not to file a chargeback in place of contacting support

  • Understand that false disputes will be challenged
